Rules for the Bobasaurs ASA cluster. These are managed separately from ASE.
The Admin Team is not responsible for lost items due to game related issues. ARK is a very buggy game with many glitches still unfixed by wildcard.
If you accuse someone without evidence and waste the admin time it will lead to a punishment for the reporting player/tribe.
The administration can determine punishment based on the offense.
The ADMIN team will not spawn any dinos or items in that you get from roulette or shop or anywhere else that does not deliver. If you have proof of it then we may issue a refund of the tickets/points but NEVER the item or dino.
The ADMIN team is not responsible for helping you search for lost dinos etc we are here to ensure a fair and level playing field for ALL players
If you accuse the admins of helping / favoring one tribe or another you will most likely be removed from discord/servers. We do not and will not EVER have favorites in the cluster we remain impartial. We can not be bought either for money or friendship!

How we define insiding
```Taking things without tribe owners consent either uploading or giving to another tribe is considered in siding doesn't matter who farmed/tamed/bought it. The tribe owner has the final say as he/she is the only one who can not be kicked by anyone else therefore has total control over his/her tribe
I understand uploading dino`s etc to keep them safe but this is normally done with whole tribe knowing and also doing the same
Therefore its a good idea to confirm things with your tribe owner before doing anything. There maybe an exception were you are being actively raided and are trying to save things but this would be decided on a case by case basis.
ALL ITEMS/RESOURCES/DINOS etc belong to the tribe and therefore the tribe owner does not matter if you farmed etc or not```
❌ Uses of glitches / exploits / bugs / unintended game mechanics such as but not limited to : Grapple glitching, Rocket/Tek Glitching,
❌ Build fobs/builds on players who have PVE. You can either use /pvecheck on a tribes structure or snipe/shoot/punch a structure and it will say if they are in pve or not
❌ Disrespect to players out of role. A little trash talking is ok but do not bring things into it that are irreverent such as but not limited to : Politics , Religion , Sexual identity's etc. This is an ARK discord so lets keep it on topic.
❌ Teaming with other tribes with raiding purpose (Except for boss fights). If you report someone for teaming you need to have as much proof as possible as its quite hard to determine if someone is actually teaming or not. If you are being attacked by mutiple tribes at the same time then you can tell them you will report them if they dont stop etc and make a ticket with the proof.
❌ It's Forbidden to share the same cave. The only exception is if the cave in question is a popular resource farming spot then you may build beds etc if others also have beds etc but it should not be a full base for each tribe
❌ Scamming when doing trades is forbidden. (Provide a video or screenshot to prove you were scammed).
❌ No real life currency on trades. Any discussion of real money trading even if joking will result in punishment
❌ Any type of harassment to new players. Including but not limited to : Sniping Players/Tames at their base , Caging players for no reason, Camping spawn points
❌ No stacking dinos or strutures or other things inside each other that cause server problems such as but not limited to lagging

Any base/raft with turrets on it will be classed as a base even if it is one single plant x turret / turret
❌ Can't place random structures/spam around the map. Only while Taming/FOB. Bob bases etc should be removed.
❌ Any spot that your character can't fit through the entrance/exit (Weird methods and other stuff will punished).
❌ Building Turrets / Base near Spawn Points.
❌ Building foundations on Turrets
ALL MAPS: Wyvern egg nests, scar, Magmasaur Egg spawns, or wyvern caves , Any Obelisks/Terminals
Fjordur: Bee Cave/ Insects cave, Magmasaur/Volcano element cave, All Terminals, Wyverns/Dragon Trench. Obelisks,teleportation area
Ragnarok: Lava Golem Cave Entrance, Ice Queen entrance, Wyvern Trench, Wyvern Cave, Spire Underwater Rat hole Entrances. Obelisks,Pearl Cave,Lifes Labyrinth,Player spawn locations
Extinction: Grapple Rat Hole ,Titans Cave, No Building Near Terminals (30 foundations away) Obelisks,Player spawn locations, World Border (e.g. unfobbale locations above King Titan Terminal),OSDs or Element Veins (max 4 turrets on players / tames - no limit for wild only + 1 tek shield/forcefield), Green obby is not allowed bases only a few turrets and/or a tek shield and must be picked up after each use
The Island: Volcano Tek Terminal, Swamp Cave, Obelisks,Player spawn locations
The Center: Jumping Puzzle
Genesis: Volcanic Cave, Mission Zones (including base locations ABOVE mission zones), Lava rathole, bog rathole , 39-16(Thunders luner spot)
Genesis 2: Space Bridges, 76 7 the small hole that is op,Rockwell Innards ( You are allowed to build REAPER traps only here and they must be removed once finished) , Asteroids
Crystal Isles: Honey Cave,Blueprint Cave
Aberration: surface and green surface entrances (red surface and blue surface entrances are allowed to be built in)
Valguero: Aberration Zone entrances
All entrances and exits to caves listed above
NOTE: This list will change periodically as we add new spots that are too op to be built in. If there is a spot that is not listed and you think it should be then make a suggestion/ticket with the location and reasons why.
Unique/Big Farm spots.
❌ Player spawns.
❌ OBs/terminals.
❌ No Mesh Bases.
❌ Tunneling, Mesh (Mek Mesh, Dino Mesh, C4 Mesh, Mesh biting, Mesh soaking).
❌ Using structures such as but not limited to mannequin dummy on players
❌ Merging tribes while there is an active fob / raid
❗ The maximum time a player can be caged is 30 mins, while raiding or not.
❗ FOBs must be removed after the tribe getting raided is wiped.
❗ FOB will be considered inactive if left unattended after 60 minutes. Meaning any tribes can attack the fob and/or the tribe being attacked
❗ FOB will be considered abandoned and must be removed or will/can be removed by admin if left unattended for more than 12 hours.
❌ Throw or lure wild dinos into other bases with the intention of killing tames, destroying structures or soaking turrets.
❌ Do not use structures to block players such as but not limited to the mannequin dummy
❌ Stream Sniping (discord, twitch...)
❌ Using tek chest to shoot things underwater like rockets shotguns etc
```Counter-raid is only allowed if you completely raid attacker's FOB.
Counter-Raid is considered when there is a constructed fob.
If you counter-raid anyone you must continue and wipe the fob you do not need to attack/wipe the tribe who was fobbed on. Any suspected teaming will be investigated so do not abuse this!
❗ Only one character per person allowed.
❗Admins reserve the right to remove any player and/or tribe from the servers / discord for detrimental effects to bobasaurs community / servers
❗ If you inform the admin that you have been raided, ask for protection and later we know it is fraudulent, you will be punished
❗ENGLISH only in discord channels
❌ No offensive names.
❌ Player/tribe names like (Human, 123, signs/symbols names).
❌ Do not use the names: Bobasaurs | Chief Bobasaur or any other admin/mods name in tribe or player names - this is considered impersonating an admin and will result in a ban!
❌ The use of structures in creature platforms or boats with the intent of cheese raiding is forbidden. There is no limit to the amount of structures on boats/platform saddles anymore DO NOT ABUSE this with cheese builds, Cheese raiding includes but not limited to boxing in dinos/boats so they take little to 0 damage from turrets/players
❗ If you get wiped from your main base spot you can request PvE protection and a rebuild/base kit Ticket. You must provide proof such as screenshots of tribe logs and / or whats left of the base. If you have mutiple tribe members only the TRIBE OWNER should make this ticket!
PvE Protection rules:
Your tribe can not be currently in raid/fobbed on or be fobbing or raiding other tribes and then buying pve it will be removed and refunded you can not also do this when in normal PVE mode
